Do you require a long-term contract?
No. When you sign up we bill you at the end of 30-days. If you are not happy, just cancel 48-hours before the end of your 30 days by emailing us at email@example.com.
You can cancel the service at any time.
What payment types do you accept?
Currently, we accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Apple Pay is coming soon. As a subscription service, we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.

Can I change my plan anytime?
Technically, no. Our pricing model is designed to scale up and down based on your usage. At the end of each month, we calculate how many active passes you have which determines the amount you are billed.

Can I export my data?
Yes, you can export all pass data. Currently we only export .CSV filetypes.
Can I run multiple brands through one account?
You can run multiple pass types or templates, however, all passes are related to one single account owner. If you are interested in opening more than one account, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we are able to streamline your access and discount your fees.
